Registration and Payment

Registering

To register, please fill in the required information on the online registration form, indicate the fee type and click the “Register” button at the bottom of the page. This will automatically send us your registration by email.

Alternatively you may print the page, fill in the information and send it by fax to A.P.A.E. headquarters on +351-21-716 7838. Click here to download registration form (pdf).

We will send you a confirmation email or fax once we have received your registration request.

Price List

Delegate Registration

The Delegate Registration fee guarantees your seat in the 3 day International Symposium either as a participant, presenter or both. A welcome symposium media kit will be provided to all delegates. It includes unrestricted access to all the lectures, presentation sessions and workshops. It will also include both opening and closing ceremonies as well as coffee breaks during lectures and the welcome reception. It will not include accommodation, transportation, the Gala dinner and lunches.

•  Early Bird registration fee will be 400 EUR (before September 20th)

•  Standard registration fee will be 450 EUR (after September 20th )

Gala Dinner

The Gala dinner fee includes the full coverage for the exceptional dinner.

•  Early registration fee will be 50 EUR (before September 20th )

•  Standard registration fee will be 60 EUR (after September 20th )

Accompanying Persons Registration

Accompanying persons registration will include access to opening and closing ceremonies as well as the Gala dinner. It will not include access to any lecturess or workshops but the person is free to attend the poster sessions and use the available facilities at Hotel Sheraton. It will not include accommodation nor transportation.

•  Early registration fee will be 200 EUR (before September 20th )

•  Standard registration fee will be 250 EUR (after September 20th )

Payment

Payments must be submitted within five working days of your registration and will only be accepted if made in Euros (EUR). The full quantity must be paid in one transaction.

Payment must be through one of the below methods:
